Duda Lose 1 turn - Nekroz of trishula

Sí ya tengo activado lose 1 turn y mi rival invoca a nekroz of trishula, el efecto de trishula es negado?

lose 1 turn: Activate only if you control no Special Summoned monsters. Negate the effects of all Special Summoned monsters during the turn they are Special Summoned. If an Effect Monster(s) is Special Summoned in Attack Position: Change them to Defense Position.

nekroz of trishula:
You can Ritual Summon this card with any “Nekroz” Ritual Spell Card. Must be Ritual Summoned without using any Level 9 monsters, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only use each of these effects of “Nekroz of Trishula” once per turn.
● During either player’s turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets a “Nekroz” monster(s) you control: You can discard this card; negate the activation.
● When this card is Ritual Summoned, you can: Banish exactly 3 of your opponent’s cards, 1 each from their hand, field, and Graveyard. (The card in the hand is chosen at random.)

Se niega y además se cambia a def

El efecto que niega efectos es continuo (como skill drain). El de cambiar de posicion se activa (como reqliatar).

Cuando trishula se invoque con lose a turn boca arriba. Lose a turn activara su efecto para cambiar a posicion de defensa y trishula como cadena 2 podra activar su efecto para desterrar. Al resolver estos dos eslabones trishula se resuelve negada porque su efecto esta continuamente negado por lose a turn y ahora resolvemos el efecto de lose a turn que se activo para pasar a trishula a defensa.
